Dr Yousuf Ahmad is one of the five Directors of Inglis Medical Centre and brings over 27 years of experience in the medical field. He has been serving the Sale community as a General Practitioner since 2003.

Dr Ahmad holds a wide range of qualifications, including a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), a Bachelor of Science (BSc), a Diploma in Health Services Management, a Graduate Certificate in Clinical Simulation, and a Graduate Certificate in Medical Acupuncture. He is a Fellow of both the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (FACRRM).

After his initial hospital training in the Accident and Emergency Department of a tertiary hospital, Dr Ahmad spent eight years in Southern Africa working as a procedural generalist, with a strong focus on obstetrics and anaesthesia. He is also accredited to perform diving medical examinations for recreational, professional, and occupational divers.

His medical interests include chronic disease management, medical acupuncture, mental health, and surgical procedures. Passionate about education and mentorship, Dr Ahmad is a GP training supervisor and a mentor with the John Flynn Placement Program, helping to inspire and guide the next generation of rural doctors.

Beyond clinical practice, Dr Ahmad is actively involved in medical governance. He serves on the Board of Rural Workforce Agency Victoria, which supports recruitment and retention of rural general practitioners, and he is also a Board member of the Victorian Faculty of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

Outside of medicine, Dr Ahmad enjoys sports, including hockey and tennis.

Dr David Monash is one of the five Directors of Inglis Medical Centre and brings over 31 years of experience in medicine. He graduated in Tasmania in 1984 and has worked in both New South Wales and South Australia before making Sale his professional home. For the past 26 years, he has been a dedicated General Practitioner serving the Sale community.

Dr Monash holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), a Bachelor of Medical Science (MBSc), and is a Fellow of both the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (FACRRM). He also holds a Specialist Certificate in Palliative Care and has completed Master’s degrees in General Practice Psychiatry, Family Medicine, and Gerontology.

His clinical interests include mental health and sports injuries. In addition to his medical work, Dr Monash is passionate about sports administration

Dr Deepthi Mudunna is a Director of Inglis Medical Centre and has over 23 years of experience in medicine. She obtained her primary medical degree (MBBS) in Sri Lanka and went on to complete a postgraduate Diploma in Family Medicine before moving to Australia.

Dr Mudunna is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and a Fellow in Advanced Rural General Practice (FARGP). She has six years of experience working with Aboriginal communities, providing culturally sensitive and comprehensive care.

Her special interests include palliative care and geriatrics, and she is committed to improving quality of life for patients in their later years.

Dr Anton Webb is a Director of Inglis Medical Centre and brings over 23 years of experience as a General Practitioner. He completed his medical degree (MBBS) in Queensland in 2001, along with a Bachelor of Science (Honours), and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).

Most of Dr Webb’s medical career has been spent in Queensland before relocating to the Sale area in 2022. He joined the Inglis Medical Centre team in 2023.

Dr Webb has a special interest in aged care and the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancers, with a strong commitment to providing thorough and compassionate care to his patients.

Dr Lubna Ahmed is a Director of Inglis Medical Centre and brings 27 years of experience in the medical field. After earning her medical degree (MBBS), she began her career in the Paediatrics Department of a tertiary hospital. She later spent eight years in Southern Africa working as a procedural generalist, with hands-on experience in obstetrics and anaesthesia.

Since 2003, Dr Ahmed has been serving the Sale community as a dedicated General Practitioner. She holds a Diploma in Family Medicine and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).

Her medical interests include chronic disease management, women’s health, and mental health. Dr Ahmed is also passionate about medical education and serves as a GP training supervisor, mentoring the next generation of rural doctors.

Outside of medicine, Dr Ahmed enjoys reading and watching movies.

Dr Sen is a Fellowed General Practitioner with extensive experience in critical care and emergency medicine. He holds two university degrees and has 17 years of clinical practice. Fluent in English, Tamil and Sinhalese, Dr Sivabalan is able to communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.

Dr Sen currently practises at Johnson Medical Centre and our sister site Inglis Medical Centre and also works in emergency medicine at the local hospital, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to both general practice and acute care settings.

Outside of medicine, Dr Sivabalan enjoys staying active through sports, particularly cricket, badminton, and tennis and has a passion for music.

His dedication, experience, and approachable manner make him a trusted and valued member of the local healthcare community.

Dr Ashkan Salimi is a highly experienced General Practitioner originally from Iran, brining over a decade of expertise in orthopaedics, musculoskeletal conditions and bone and joint diseases.

After establishing a distinguished career in Iran, Dr Salimi and his family relocated to Australia, where they joined the emergency department at Warragul hospital.

Now settled in Sale, Dr Salimi continues to provide exceptional care to patients while also enjoying a passion for mountain biking in the beautiful local terrain.

Dr. Naleen Warnasooriya graduated from University in Sri Lankan in 2001 and has over 20 years of experience working as a General Practitioner and in Emergency Medicine. He brings a broad base of clinical expertise, having worked in Australian Emergency Departments for the past three and a half years.

Dr Naleen has a strong interest in child health and chronic disease management, and is committed to providing comprehensive, patient‑centered care to individuals and families.

Dr. Jenna White grew up locally and completed high school in Maffra. She graduated from Deakin University in 2019 before returning to the region to complete her general practice training. She worked as a registrar at IMG in 2023 and returned again in 2024, where she now practices as a GP.

Jenna has a strong interest in chronic disease management, women’s health and pediatrics. She also provides medical management of early pregnancy termination, offering an important service for patients within the local community.

Outside of work, Jenna enjoys spending time with her young family and dog, and in her limited spare time, reading.

Dr Sana completed her Doctorate in Medicine at Kurdistan University of Medical Sciences, Iran, in 2011. She has more than five years’ experience practising as a general practitioner overseas and has recently passed her fellowship examinations in Australia.

Dr Sana speaks English, Kurdish, Persian (Farsi) and Afghani, enabling her to provide care to patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

She has a special interest in chronic disease management, women’s health, mental health and paediatric healthcare.

Outside of work, Dr Sana enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and reading.
