Our visiting General Surgeon provides specialist assessment and management for a broad range of general surgical conditions, allowing patients to access expert care locally without the need to travel for many consultations and procedures.
In addition to general surgical consultations, many minor and intermediate surgical procedures can be performed at our clinic. This includes the assessment and treatment of skin lesions, skin cancer surgery, and reconstructive procedures using skin grafts and local flaps, enabling patients to receive high-quality surgical care within the community.
A GP referral is required to book an appointment with our visiting General Surgeon. Your GP will assess your condition and determine whether a surgical consultation is appropriate.

Specialist surgical consultations are not routinely bulk billed under Medicare. Medicare rebates may be available for eligible patients; however, out-of-pocket costs may apply for consultations and procedures.
